Online registration for the February 26 - 28, 2026 AAS Scientific and Technical Conference will open in September, 2025. The conference will be in-person only (no virtual attendance option).

AAS is dedicated to providing an inclusive, harassment-free experience for everyone regardless of race, ethnicity, immigration status, nationality, social class, religion (or lack thereof), gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, career status, or political ideology.

Registration rates for the 2025 conference were:

REGULAR AND LIFE MEMBERS

NON MEMBERS

GUEST REGISTRATION = $ 180.00
Note: Guest registration is for in-person participants and entitles spouses/guests to attend the Thursday, Friday, and Saturday luncheons and the Thursday evening welcoming reception at the Scottsdale Plaza Resort. Guest registration does not permit session attendance and guests are not eligible for CEU.
